We do not charge anything. Its completely free.
What happens if there is a dispute between the sub-letter and renter?

The listing of rental opportunities on this site is offered as a service to local rental property owners and to graduate students, faculty, and staff. Property owners and persons seeking roommates are responsible for reporting information fairly and accurately; Choozy do not review such listings or endorse or inspect any of the listed properties.
